1. DEFINITIONS

“User Account” – The registered profile used to access services and download deliverables.
“Resume Data” – Any content submitted by the user for resume creation or editing (including CV, text, documents, photographs, certificates).
“Deliverables” – The final or intermediate versions of resume files, ATS documents, or additional requested materials.
“Pay After Satisfaction Model” – The user is not required to pay upfront; payment is due only after they approve the final resume.
“Dashboard” – User-access portal to check updates, view versions, and download files.
“Service Fees” – Charges applicable for resume services once approved by the user.
“Third-Party Services” – External platforms used for payment, analytics, cloud storage, notifications, etc.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You may use the Website only if:
You are at least 18 years old;
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
If you use the Website on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have permission to do so and that the individual accepts these Terms.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

3.4 User Dashboard
Users receive a secure login to:
Upload files
Track order status
Communicate with support
Download updated resumes

3.5 Notifications
Users will be notified via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or dashboard alerts when:
Resume revisions are available
Final resume is ready
Payment is due

3.6 Pay After Satisfaction Model
Users can:
Check the final resume
Request revisions
Confirm satisfaction
Make payment after approval
Failure to make payment after approval may result in account suspension or restriction from further Services.

4. USER ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS

To access certain Services, you must create a User Account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration details.
Keep your account credentials secure.
Not share your login details with others.
Immediately inform us of any unauthorized access.
Regularly update your information if required.
We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your negligence.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our Services, you agree:

That all uploaded content belongs to you or you have permission to use it.
Not to upload:
False or misleading information
Offensive or illegal documents
Malware, viruses, or harmful code
That you will use the Deliverables for lawful career-related purposes only.

6. SERVICE PROCESS & DELIVERY

6.1 Uploading Resume Data
Users may upload:
Resume files
Job descriptions
Certificates
Text inputs
Additional instructions

6.2 Processing & Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time varies based on:
Complexity
Workload
Communication delays
While we strive for timely delivery, we do not guarantee exact timelines.

6.3 Revisions
Users may request revisions until satisfied within reasonable limits. Excessive revision requests (more than 3–5 rounds) may incur additional charges.

6.4 Dashboard Downloads
Users can download:
Draft versions
Final resume
ATS copies
Other deliverables
The dashboard will maintain downloadable copies unless the user deletes their account.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

7.1 Pay After Satisfaction
You are not required to pay upfront.
Payment is due:
After the final resume is delivered
Once you confirm satisfaction

7.2 Accepted Payment Methods
UPI
Bank Transfer
PayPal
Wallet/QR payments (if applicable)

7.3 Payment Obligations
Once final approval is given:
Payment must be made promptly
Failure to pay may lead to:
Account suspension
Withdrawal of access to downloads
Legal recovery actions (if applicable)

7.4 Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for:
Completed services
Digital deliverables
Approved resumes
A separate Refund Policy can be provided upon request.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1 Ownership
All templates, designs, ATS formats, graphical elements, and proprietary structures used by CVSeeker.in are protected by copyright laws.
We retain full ownership of:
Resume templates
Visual design styles
Formatting structures
Website content
Branding and logos

8.2 Limited License to Users
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered resume for personal career purposes only.

8.3 Restrictions
Users may NOT:
Sell or distribute our templates
Copy or reuse designs commercially
Claim ownership over CVSeeker.in’s proprietary formats
Violation may result in legal action.

9. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY

We handle user data in accordance with:

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Misuse the Pay After Satisfaction model
Any violation may lead to immediate termination of service.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
CVSeeker.in is not liable for:
Typographical errors in user-submitted content
Incorrect information provided by users
Job application outcomes or employment results
Delays caused by user inactivity
Technical issues beyond our control
We do not guarantee that:
The resume will secure employment
ATS optimization will guarantee job interview selection
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CVSeeker.in and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
Incorrect or fraudulent data you submit
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of Deliverables
Breach of intellectual property rights

13. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the platform
You refuse to pay after approving the final resume
You engage in abusive communication or fraud
Users may also delete their own account at any time.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party platforms for:
Payment processing
Analytics
Cloud storage
Email/SMS/WhatsApp notifications
We are not responsible for the policies or actions of these third parties.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
