Refund and Cancellation Policy

At CVSeeker.in, we operate a unique “Pay After Satisfaction” model to ensure that users pay only when they are fully satisfied with the final resume or service delivered.
However, to prevent misuse and to maintain clarity, we have outlined the refund and cancellation policy below.

1. GENERAL OVERVIEW


This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, or reimbursements are allowed for services provided by CVSeeker.in (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using our Website and Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

2. PAY AFTER SATISFACTION – HOW IT WORKS


Our business model is designed to protect customers:
User submits or uploads resume content.
We prepare and deliver the completed resume/deliverables.
User reviews, requests edits (if required), and approves the final version.
Once the user approves, payment becomes mandatory.
Because payment is made only after approval, refunds rarely apply.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY


Refunds are applicable only under specific exceptional conditions:

3.1 Duplicate Payment
If the customer accidentally makes more than one payment for the same service:
The excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

3.2 Technical Errors
If a payment is deducted due to:
Payment gateway failure
Server issues
Interrupted transactions
We will verify the transaction and initiate a refund if:
The payment was received
The service was not delivered

3.3 Service Not Delivered
If CVSeeker.in fails to deliver the initial draft resume within the promised timeframe and the user no longer wishes to continue:
A full refund will be issued only if payment was taken in advance (rare, only in special cases).
If no payment was made yet, the user simply cancels (no refund needed).

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES


Refunds are NOT applicable under the following circumstances:

4.1 After Final Approval
Once the user approves the final resume or service:
No refunds will be issued.
Approval may be:
In writing (email/WhatsApp)
Through dashboard confirmation
Via acknowledgment message

4.2 Digital Deliverables
Resume files, design templates, ATS conversions, and other digital documents are non-returnable since:
They cannot be “taken back.”
They are delivered instantly after approval.

4.3 Lack of Communication
Refunds are not granted if:
The user fails to respond to our messages
The user delays service by not sharing required information
The user becomes inactive during the process

4.4 Subjective Dissatisfaction Without Valid Reason
If the resume is professionally created based on the user’s content, refunds are not issued simply because:
“It didn’t get me a job.”
“Someone else made a better resume.”
“I changed my mind.”

4.5 Post-Delivery Edits Requested
If the user requests post-payment edits:
Additional revision fees may apply
Refunds will not be issued due to “change of preference”

5. CANCELLATION POLICY



5.1 Before Starting Work
Users may cancel the service before we start working on the resume, with no penalty.

5.2 After Work Has Started
If we have already started working on your resume:
Cancellation is allowed
But no refund is issued if payment was taken in advance
If no payment was made yet (normal model), no further action is required

5.3 After Delivery of First Draft
Once the first draft is delivered:
Cancellation is allowed
But no refund applies for any advance payments
Resumes, drafts, or templates already sent remain the property of the user

6. REVISION POLICY


We provide reasonable revisions free of cost until the user is satisfied, within the scope of the original order.
Revisions are not the same as refunds.
Revisions do not include:
Complete recreation of the resume based on new content
Major direction changes after completion
Multiple redesigns beyond reasonable limits
Additional charges may apply for extensive changes.

7. REFUND PROCESS (IF ELIGIBLE)


If your case qualifies for a refund under this policy:

7.1 Required Information
You must email us:
Name
Payment method
Transaction ID
Date of payment
Reason for refund

7.2 Investigation Time
We verify the transaction within:
3–5 working days

7.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through:
UPI
Bank Transfer
PayPal
Original payment method (when possible)

7.4 Refund Timeline
Refunds take:
5–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

8. NO CHARGE-BACKS OR PAYMENT DISPUTES


By using our Services, you agree:
Not to initiate charge-backs for approved resumes
Not to falsely claim unauthorized transactions
To communicate with us to resolve issues before approaching the bank or payment gateway
Unwarranted charge-backs may result in:
Immediate service termination
Legal action for recovery
Blacklisting the user from future services

9. ABUSE OF PAY AFTER SATISFACTION MODEL


To protect the integrity of our system, the following are considered abuse:
Taking the final resume and refusing to pay
Requesting excessive revisions with malicious intent
Creating multiple accounts to avoid payment
Downloading deliverables and claiming non-receipt

In such cases, CVSeeker.in may:
Disable account access
Initiate legal recovery
Ban the user permanently
Notify relevant authorities (if applicable)
